Due to an abundance of caution with COVID-19, the Anaheim, Cypress, Garden Grove, Laguna Hills, and Santa Ana Regional Center will extend in-person office hours, effective Monday, March 15, 2021. The five regional centers will be open from 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. All other SSA offices remain closed to the public. Individuals who arrive at an open Regional Center will go through a pre-check process before being allowed into the SSA lobby. Visitors are encouraged to practice physical distancing and are required to wear a face mask or cloth face covering for the safety of others, unless under the age of two, if they have breathing issues, or have an underlying medical or mental health issue. To avoid long in-person wait times or exposure to illness, SSA encourages individuals to visit the SSA's online portal at www.mybenefitscalwin.org or to call the SSA Call Center at 800-281-9799.
