Description

Provides free speech-generating devices. Offers one the opportunity to test five different speech-generating applications. Once the trial period has ended, the user will exchange the borrowed iPad for a new one. The new iPad will include their preferred speech-generating application. This program aims to ensure telephone communications access for all Californians with disabilities.
