Description

Provides psychiatric services for children and adults in need of medication services. Serves those with Medi-Cal, Partnership HealthPlan, or Medicare. Services include:

  • Psychiatric assessment/evaluation
  • Post-hospitalization psychiatric care
  • On-going care by in-office psychiatrist or telepsychiatrist
  • Medication management/refills
  • Injection clinics
  • Educational services about healthy habits while taking psychotropic medications
  • Transportation to and from appointments.

Eligibility Open to Siskiyou County residents of all ages who have Medi-Cal, Partnership HealthPlan, Medicare, or are uninsured
Languages Offered Translation services available for most languages; Offers ASL - must notify in advance to set-up

Application Process -Call or drop-in -One may be referred by primary care physician or Behavioral Health clinician
