Investigates allegations of abuse and neglect for children under the age of 18. Aims to keep children in their homes when it is safe. Provides children with a safe environment when they are at risk. Provides ongoing case management and referrals to services when continued intervention is necessary. Provides 24-hour response as necessary to emergency situations of abuse or neglect.
