Due to an abundance of caution with COVID-19, the Regional Centers in Anaheim, Cypress, Garden Grove, Laguna Hills, and Santa Ana and the Adult Services Office will be open from 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. All other offices remain closed to the public. Individuals arriving at the Adult Services Office will be met by staff who will ask about the purpose of their visit and will conduct a short screening questionnaire before the individual can enter the lobby. Visitors who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask. Visitors who are unvaccinated are required to wear a mask or cloth facial covering for the duration of their visit. Children 2 years and younger, those who have breathing issues, or those with an underlying medical or mental health issue are exempt from wearing a mask. To avoid long in-person wait times or exposure to illness, individuals can visit the online portal at www.mybenefitscalwin.org or call the Call Center at 800-281-9799.

Provides temporary cash aid to eligible adults who are lawful residents, who do not have custody of any minor children, and who do not qualify for Federal or State funded cash aid programs.

General Relief (GR) is a cash assistance program funded by the County of Orange. GR is a loan.
