Provides a free and voluntary case management program for pregnant and parenting teens, including teen fathers. Helps participants:
  • Stay in school
  • Get job training
  • Define goals
  • Take care of self and baby
  • Prepare for labor and delivery
  • Help with problem solving skills
  • Become informed about community resources
Also helps obtain:
  • Medical care during and after pregnancy
  • Childbirth education
  • Financial help
  • Vocational counseling
  • Child care
  • Counseling (school, family, adoption, nutrition or substance abuse)
