Description
Provides case management for adults experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness who have a current citing or arrest for a misdemeanor charge, and have a history of substance use and/or mental health disorder. Helps clients navigate the justice system and access needed rehabilitative services in Shasta County. Helps identify unmet mental health, alcohol and other drug treatment needs, and refers clients to community-based providers. Also offers housing support services, including budgeting workshops, rent subsidies, and housing assistance to promote stable housing.
