Description
Provides a hotline offering parenting tips, resources and support in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Services include:
  • Talking through stress and uncertainty
  • Advice and tools for postive parenting and a hope-focused approach
  • Techniques for talking to children about COVID-19 and the pandemic
  • Tips to happier, more optimistic and motivated children
  • Building healthy relationships with one's children
  • Building self-esteem and confidence
  • Strategies for distance learning and for returning to the classroom
  • Checking in on one's own mental health.
Pathways to Hope for Children provides this program in partnership with Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency - Children's Branch.
