Program: DAC - Support Groups and Social Groups

Description
Provides support and social groups for people with disabilities. Sessions are available in-person and online.

Support Groups include:
  • General Support Group: Meets at DAC's Redding office. Call for dates and times. 
  • Paraplegic Support Group: Welcomes individuals with paraplegia. Attendees share about unique challenges and offer strategies on how to overcome them.
Social and Activity Groups include:
  • Friday Game Night: All ages welcome. At Redding office, offers activities and games. 
  • Book Club (online): Call 530-342-311.
  • North State Therapy Choir (online): Welcomes individuals with Parkinsons. Based in Chico, available on Zoom. Visit on Facebook, or email pamsachs1@gmail.com.
