Description
During COVID-19 response, no new registration. Current cards will be valid until they can do new registration. All distributions are set up for drive-thru/no contact when possible. If drive-thru is not possible, other precautions will be used to distance people. Not accepting donations of food; only monetary donations are appreciated until further notice. (Updated 1/5/21.)

The Brown Bag Program serves low-income seniors aged 60 or older. Each month bags of nutritious food are distributed at eight distribution sites located throughout Shasta County. Donations of brown and plastic grocery bags are appreciated.

Monthly Distribution schedule:
Anderson: Frontier Senior Center, 1st Tuesday of the month, 10-11am
Burney: VFW Hall, 3rd Friday, 10:30-11:30am
Happy Valley: Happy Valley Community Center, 3rd Tuesday, 9-10am
Lakehead: Lakehead Lions Club, 1st Thursday, 9-10am
Redding: Dignity Health Connected Living, 2nd Thursday, 9-10:30am 
Round Mountain: Round Mountain Community Center, 3rd Friday, 9:30-10:30am
Shasta Lake City: First Baptist Church, 4th Tuesday, 9-10am
Shingletown: Lassen Landing Shopping Center, 2nd Monday, 9:30-10:30am
