Provides supportive services for former foster youth to transition to independence. Offers case management, housing, and educational advocacy and guidance. Other services include:
  • Employment counseling and job readiness training
  • Linkage to health care and health insurance
  • Linkage to community resources
Also assists in finding and maintaining affordable housing upon completion of the program. Eligible participants may participate in the program for up to 24 months.
