Program Delivery
Eligibility: Resident of Mendocino County who is homeless or has an eviction notice and at least one member of the family is receiving CalWORKs benefits. Undocumented parents may be eligible for assistance if they have a child who is receiving CalWORKs benefits.

Application Process: Call CalWORKs staff for a CHSP referral.

Documents Required: Proof that at least one household member is a CalWORKS recipient.
