Program Delivery
Eligibility: Individuals may qualify for services if they meet all or most of the following criteria:
-History of justice involvement
-Ongoing behavioral health and/or SUD needs
-Current or past misdemeanor charges
-Identified risk of reoffending

Individuals might not qualify if they have:
-290 registry offenses
-Active felony charges (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
-Any past or current violent convictions (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

The Probation Department makes the final determination of eligibility
