Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP): Provides social and health care management services for frail older adults. Aims to help participants remain in their own homes. Services include:
- Care management (individualized care plan)
- Minor home repair/maintenance
- Supplemental in-home personal care and protective supervision services
- Respite services
- Transportation services
- Connecting to counseling and therapeutic services.
