 Description

Provides personal and domestic services to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Must be Medi-Cal eligible and need help with activities to remain safe in their home. Services provided by IHSS are based on need and may include:

  • Domestic services such as cleaning, meal preparation, and running errands
  • Personal care services such as grooming, bathing, and bowel and bladder needs
  • Accompaniment to medical services
  • Protective supervision.

Providers can be family members or friends, or a provider through IHSS. Call if interested in becoming a provider.
