Provides Public Guardian and Conservator services in Plumas County.

Public Guardian/Conservator (PG/PC):
  • Protects and cares for those unable to provide for personal or financial needs alone.
  • Works to ensure people can live safely through a process called "conservatorship."
  • Provides support with housing, hospitalization, medical care, and psychiatric treatment.
  • Public Guardian acts as a conservator when no other conservator is available.
