Provides permanent housing for qualified individuals. Serves the following populations:

• Individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• Seniors with low-income
• Low-income families with children.

Offers support services to help residents with independence and quality of life.

Note: Eligibility varies by county.

• Shasta County - open to older adults, families with children, and adults with developmental disabilities or mental illness.
• Tehama County - open to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Trinity County - open to individuals and couples.

Also provides Security Deposit Loans for any adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This service is only available as funds are available. Must have a case manager or go to the Hope Van Mobile Clinic to see about getting a case manager.
