Dignity Health Connected Living provides an advocacy program serves older adults and adults with disabilities. Programs and services include:
- Advocates who provide information, assistance, and referral
- List of low-cost/subsidized senior housing
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) I&A:
- Serves those with a TBI and their families or caregivers
- Advocates provide information, assistance and referral.
Note: Does NOT provide legal services, home care services, or housing help.
