Provides a free training program for those who have direct contact with older adults. Serves businesses, public agencies, community service groups, and individuals. Includes banks, postal delivery, beauticians, utility companies, and grocery stores.

Helps train employees to identify those whose safety and well-being are at risk. Educates community members on how to connect older adults to resources they may need.

Offers trainings at flexible, convenient times and locations for the businesses (including on-site). Trainings last 15 minutes to an hour or more, depending upon needs.
