Description
The Cirby Wellness Center offers free wellness activities and support services for Adult System of Care (ASOC) clients and community members.
Services include:
- Hosting group activities such as journaling, choir, gardening, hiking, and health education
- Providing support with job readiness, resume writing, and budgeting
- Offering help accessing housing, food banks, Medi-Cal, and mental health screenings
- Supplying all needed materials; no cost to participate
Additional notes:
Open to both ASOC clients and the general public. Operates within a county outpatient mental health clinic, where additional services may be available.
