Program Delivery
Eligibility: The California Department of Public Health outlines WIC eligibility as follows:
- Pregnant people
- Breastfeeding people with a baby under 1 year old
- People who had a baby or were pregnant in the past 6 months
- Infants up to their first birthday
- Children up to their fifth birthday

Most people receiving Medi-Cal, CalWORKs (TANF), or CalFresh (SNAP) meet income eligibility guidelines. Fathers, guardians, foster parents, working families, and migrant families may also apply on behalf of eligible children. Adults Children Families Females Males
