Description
Youth Empowerment Support's Housing Opportunities Providing Experience (HOPE) offers transitional housing along with intensive life skills support for young adults that have emancipated from court ordered foster or group home care.
HOPE is a program of Whole Person Learning (WPL), a public agency that empowers youth and young adults to thrive in their communities by using a collaborative, individually tailored positive youth development approach.
