Whole Person Learning offers Youth Empowerment Support (YES), a program that supports youth and young adults who need extra help navigating systems and services.
Services include:
- One-on-one support for goal setting, empowerment, and system navigation
- Referrals to resources, support systems, and placement options
- Training opportunities and peer support groups
- Youth leadership development and systems change involvement
