Whole Person Learning (WPL) empowers youth and young adults to thrive in their communities by using a collaborative, individually tailored positive youth development approach.

WPL offers two main programs:

Youth Empowerment Support (YES!) that supports youth and young adults through direct support, training, groups and leadership/system change opportunities.
Housing Opportunities Providing Experience (HOPE) offers transitional housing along with intensive life skills support for young adults that have emancipated from court ordered foster or group home care.
