Description
The Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) offers support for eligible vehicle owners to either repair or retire their vehicles.
Services include:
- Up to $1,200 for emissions-related repairs at a STAR-certified smog check station
- A financial incentive to retire eligible vehicles that have recently passed or failed a Smog Check
- Additional repair assistance for lower-income vehicle owners
