Provides hot lunch program for seniors ages 60 and up. Offers meals in-person or for pick-up in Redding. Offers "meals-to-go" in all other locations. Call in advance to RSVP.

Meal schedule:

  • Redding: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-1pm
  • Anderson: Monday-Friday, 11-11:30am
  • Shasta Lake: Mon, Wed, Fri 11:15-11:45am
  • Shingletown: Friday, 11:30am-12noon
  • Burney: Monday-Friday, 11-11:30am.

Provides activities for seniors at the Redding and Anderson sites. Activities vary by location and may include exercise, games, dancing, and social events.

Additional lunch sites are available in Lassen and Trinity County. Contact for details.
