Description
The Salvation Army Grass Valley provides application assistance for the REACH (Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help) program.
This program supports PG&E and Pioneer Community Energy customers, as Pioneer uses PG&E infrastructure for electricity delivery.
Services include:
- Assistance with completing applications for REACH programs, including:
- REACH: For low-income households. Must have received a threat for shut-off or shut-off.
- Providing information on program eligibility and required documents.
- Helping applicants prepare necessary documents, including:
- Recent utility bill
- Income verification for all household members (pay stubs, Social Security/SSI benefit letters)
