Low-income customers who qualify for the Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR) income guidelines listed below (200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, effective as of January 2025).

Add $917 for each additional person in the household.
Households are eligible for the discounted rate if their income doesn't exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. These figures reflect that percentage.
