Eligibility: Clients matched with a care provider from registry
Languages: Spanish, English
Application Process: Once approved, the Public Authority receives a referral from the IHSS social worker and assists in making a match between the provider and recipient. The recipient is the employer of record.
Program Fees: No fee
Documents Required: Providers must complete background check (including LiveScan fingerprinting), an orientation and complete enrollment forms and documents.
