Description
Provides case management and support to assist individuals and families who are currently homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Homelessness is defined as: sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation; sleeping in an emergency shelter; fleeing domestic violence, while at risk of homelessness is defined as imminently losing housing within the next 21 days.
Eligible applicants may receive various types of assistance, including:
- Homeless prevention rental payment
- Rental deposit & short-term rental payments
- Credit counseling
- Utility deposits & utility payment
- Moving and storage costs
- Follow-up visits with a case manager
NOTE: All checks go directly to vendors, not clients.
